Positive emotional expression.

I was scrolling down my Twitter home timeline recently and I saw a conversation between two women concerning broken men and relationships.
It reminded me of the real world face-to-face conversations I’ve had with females, who’ve bemoaned the emotional and broken state of many single men.
We all know that ‘brokenness’ is not a preserve of the male sex, most, if not all of us, at some stage in our lives, have varying degrees of brokenness.
Dealing with our emotions positively, enables us to work through our emotional states and for men in particular, learning to show vulnerability is a great sign of trust and strength.
The ability to express pain, sadness and even fear, without violently lashing out and physically hurting someone, is also strength.
